My almost all-consuming passion for the food I eat will be shared in this space. I won’t publish something on the blog that I wouldn’t eat in real life. The objective is to inspire you to cook healthy and delicious meals for yourself, your roommates, your family, or your friends with food that is both approachable and intriguing. We want you to be so thrilled about the recipes shared that you can’t wait to get home from work at 5 p.m. and start cooking!
- Going to bed early enough to clock in enough hours that’s needed for your body to be rejuvenated. Then getting up early every morning to start a productive day is part of a healthy, balanced life filled with total-wellness. And don’t forget to hydrate. The body can only go 72 hours without water. Whereas the body can do about 30 days without food, water is essential.
